Local and International Shipping, Fees and Returns:

1. SHIPPING

1.1 Canada:

  • All orders of C$75 or more (subtotal) and up to 3.5kg receive free shipping
  • Canada Post calculated rates at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: sent via Canada Post Standard service (1-7 business days within Canada)
  • Fedex, Canada Post Xpresspost and Priority services also offered at checkout.
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed before 11AM EST are shipped the same day.

1.2 United States:

  • All orders of C$100 or more and up to 3.5kg receive free shipping*.
  • Canada Post/Fedex calculated rates at checkout
  • Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping: sent via Canada Post Standard service (5-10 business days)
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

*Please note:
Products shipped from our Canadian warehouse: Free shipping offers only apply to contiguous states. We regret that at this time we are unable to offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Armed Forces. Shipping rates for these locations are calculated at checkout. There are no shipping locations restrictions on products shipped from our partners in China.

1.3 International:

  • All shipping rates are calculated by Canada Post and Fedex at checkout.
  • Canada Post and Fedex services also offered at checkout.
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed before 11AM EST are shipped the same day.





2. CUSTOM, DUTIES AND TAXES


United States and International:

  • Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes. However, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees.
  • The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be.

 
3. RETURNS

Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept any returns at this time.


  • We accept returns of unopened, unused, products up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
  • You must pay the shipping cost unless there was an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.

If you would like to make a return request, please email us to info@waterliliesandcompany.com with your order number, details about the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will contact you as soon as possible with the next steps.
