When paying with credit card, the billing address on your or order must match your credit card's billing address. Otherwise you might see a "ZIP Code does not match billing address" error:
Even though the order will not go through when you see the "ZIP Code does not match billing address" error, you might find a pending charge on your bank account.
This is quite normal with credit card payments, and this is how it works:
- The system pings the credit card company for approval, then the credit card will automatically set aside the required funds.
- If something happens like zip code failing, the system will hold that requested funds for pending status.
- If the actual transaction isn't finished, the balance will eventually "drop off" the funds and will be available for the next purchase.
For an order to go through, the checkout process should be error free. Every time you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation email 5 minutes after placing an order, please contact customer service and we will sort it out.
