When you see the "PRE-ORDER" button instead of the "ADD TO CART" button, that means that the item is either an up coming new product, or the item is in the process of being restocked (usually 1 to 4 weeks).

By pre-ordering an item, you will have reserved the inventory availability. Please keep in mind that shipping on orders that include Pre-Order items will be held until the pre-order items become available. If you need products to be shipped as soon as you place an order, then it is best to create a separate order just for the Pre-Order items.

All pre-order items are eligible for a full refund at any time during the waiting period; simply contact Customer Service with the order # and the pre-order item you would like to cancel for an immediate refund.

Due to circumstances such as customs inspection, supplier delays and other situations out of our control, all ETAs (estimated time of arrival) are subject to change.
